TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MASHDIV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wesleed, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Dubai.
Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
14. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
